Delhi Police Accuse Chinese Telcos Of Funding Investigated News Portal: Report

Indian police have formally accused Chinese smartphone makers Xiaomi Corp and Vivo Mobile of helping transfer funds illegally to a news portal under investigation on charges of spreading Chinese propaganda.
