Australia To Make Permanent Company Laws Allowing Virtual AGMs - AFR

Australia will make permanent rules introduced during the COVID19 pandemic that allow companies to hold virtual shareholder meetings and electronically distribute documents, the Australian Financial Review (AFR) reported on Wednesday.
